Is there a house manager?

No. However, a staff member is there once a week to make rounds.

Is the guesthouse secure?

Each room has a passcode-based lock system. In several locations, there are security cameras.

Are there house rules?

Yes, we will inform you upon arrival.

Is it possible to visit first?

Yes, the guesthouse is open for visitation Mondays through Saturday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. It is closed on Sundays and national holidays.

What are the move-in fees and conditions?

 

Please look at the reservation and rental information.

 

Do I need a guarantor?

No. However, we do ask for the contact information of a family member to use as an emergency contact. If you are from outside of Japan, you may give the contact information of someone in Japan.

Is smoking allowed?

 

Smoking is prohibited inside the sharehouse. In addition, we ask that you refrain from smoking outside of the building as to not bother the neighbors.

 

Is there a curfew?

No, there is not. However, we ask that you are respectful of the other residents when returning late at night.

Is there a lights-off time?

No, there is not. However, please be considerate of other residents when using the common areas after 11 PM.

Is there internet connectivity?

Yes, WiFi is available in every room.

Can I have a pet?

No, pets are prohibited in the sharehouse.

Are there duties for cleaning?

No, cleaning staff will take care of the common areas once a week.

Are there duties for taking out the garbage?

No, we ask that residents help out when it comes to garbage.

Are cookware and dishes provided?

Yes, each room has enough cookware and dishes for one person.

What is the shared utility fee?

 

It is ¥12,000 a month and includes water, electricity, gas, WiFi, and the cleaning of the common areas. Please help conserve electricity. If there is excessive use or an unusually high bill, we may ask guests to contribute an additional fee.

 

Are the rooms furnished?

 

Each room comes with a bed, lighting, air conditioner, desk, chair, lamp, storage box, kitchen, and dishes.

 

Where are the common areas?

The common space, bathroom, shower room, and toilet is shared. There is also a television, fridge, microwave, rice cooker, electric kettle, oven toaster, and coin laundry that is shared among guests.

Is there bicycle parking?

No.

Is there car parking?

No. However there is a monthly parking lot a five minute walk away.

Are there events?

Yes, we occasionally plan to do events with the guests.
